What is Power Plate?

Power Plate is a machine that uses vibrations to stimulate muscles, giving the body’s muscles a high-speed workout.

It’s a great time-saver because many muscle groups are activated at the same time. In fact, the Power Plate trainers at Croyez claim that 10 minutes on the Power Plate machine will give you the same results as 60 minutes of conventional strenuous training.

Croyez Studio has three Power Plate classes that can help you with your weight loss goals.

This is where you’ll learn basic Power Plate terminology, exercise and posture.

It’s a great way to get started if you’re a beginner or if you’re looking for a simple workout that doesn’t compromise on results. On a scale of 1 to 5, PTRIAL is said to sit at an intensity level of 3.

This full-body strength training workout uses a resistance band. It allows you to perform more controlled movements and keeps a constant tension on your muscles.

PBAND has an intensity level of 4.

For max intensity, try PBOX

This class is perfect for those looking for high-intensity cardio exercise.

In PBOX, you will execute movements from body combat, kickboxing and Taebo on the Power Plate machine with a set of dumbbells or weights. With an intensity level of 5, this class is where you go to truly push yourself for the best results.
