Max Intensity: PBOX

This class is perfect for those looking for high-intensity cardio exercise. In PBOX, you will execute movements from body combat, kickboxing and Taebo on the Power Plate machine with a set of dumbbells or weights. With an intensity level of 5, this class is where you go to truly push yourself for the best results.
