When a laidback ambience is a must, unwind over a good meal at The Dunearn.
Nestled in the Botanic Garden’s lush foliage, The Dunearn is the National University of Singapore Society’s only restaurant open to the public. And its Bukit Timah Guild House location offers a welcome respite from the bustle of Singapore city living.
This August, the restaurant will have foodies cheering, thanks to its four special main courses: Go for the Chilled Alaskan King Crab Leg Meat with Vietnamese Spring Roll, Mesclun Salad served with Wasabi Honey Aioli.
Or, tuck into a Duo of Barramundi and Abalone Ballotine with Baby Vegetables in Tarragon Nage, or the Oven-roasted Caille Quail with Vegetable Tian, Mushrooms and Summer Truffle Sauce. Alternatively, try the 12-Hour Slow-braised Wagyu Beef with Shaved Parmesan and Roast Celeriac with Au Jus.
Reservations are recommended.
