1. MICHELIN Guide Singapore Street Food Festival: April 14 to 15
Last year, 29 restaurants were awarded stars in the inaugural MICHELIN Guide Singapore. This year heralds its fi rst-ever Street Food Festival – in part, to celebrate the Lion City’s 12 MICHELIN starred restaurants – at Resorts World Sentosa.
2. Singapore Food Expo: May 26 to 30
One of the largest food events in Singapore, sample favourites offered by more than 100 F&B exhibitors, from Peranakan pastries to iconic chilli crab.
3. Singapore Food Festival: July 1 to 31
Find age-old SG dishes as well as modern creations at heritage food trails and food carnivals.
5. Singapore Coffee Festival: Aug 3 to 6
Come thirsty (or sleepy) – there’s no lack of your fuel of choice here, whether it’s an artisan cold brew or your trusty coffee shop kopi. Learn about coffee at lab sessions and listen to local music acts as you peruse beans, gadgets, etc.
6. Beerfest Asia: Aug 17 to 20
Asia’s biggest beer festival boasts more than 500 different varieties as well as a lineup of live music, stand-up comedy and more. The VIP pass grants you free flow of beer. Cheers!

7. World Gourmet Summit
Going to be in its 22nd year, the WGS brings together a constellation of international and homegrown culinary stars as well as masterclasses, workshops, themed dinners and specially curated menus.
8. Singapore Restaurant Week: March 25 to April 1
Over Singapore Restaurant Week, each participating restaurant serves an exclusive three-course menu at a fixed, affordable price. From contemporary to fusion, Spanish to Chinese, you can take your pick! Reservations are required.
