If You're A Seafood Lover, You'll LOVE This Special Cold-Water Seafood Dinner In Singapore


The Dunearn’s limited-time-only menu is a must-visit for fish lovers.

Hurry down to the National University of Singapore Society’s Bukit Timah Guild House. There, you’ll find The Dunearn, the sole NUSS restaurant open to the public.

Its chef has been hard at work crafting a special Cold Water Seafood a La Carte menu, bringing the best of the North Sea to Singapore’s shores.

Appetisers include the Japanese-inspired Charred Saba Mackerel with Cucumber and Ponzu Dressing ($16) and the fusion-y Smoked Salmon Char Siew Style with Goma Tofu Sauce and Watercress ($16). Move on to main course creations such as Baked Arctic Char with Cauliflower Puree, Ham and Hazelnuts ($46) or Poached Brill with Cabbage and Cream-flavoured with Salted Anchovies. To satisfy your sweet tooth, end with a dessert like the Strawberry Consomme with Tapioca Ice Cream ($12).

If you opt for the fourcourse set dinner ($65 perperson), you can start with Steamed Blue Mussels with Sherry and Smoked Mayo. Then, have the Pan-seared Salmon, Vanilla Scented Potato Cream with Soy and Caper Sauce entrée and fi nish with a Spiced Milk Pudding with Lingonberries and Sago plus your choice of coff ee or tea.
