3 New Year's Resolutions That Are Easy to Keep


It’s that time of the year again where we resolve to be a better version of ourselves in the next 12 months. Here are three simple resolutions that are not hard to achieve. 

 

1. Explore the unknown

Whether it’s doing something you’ve never done before or striking something off you bucket list, try to create new experiences for yourself. You can start by doing something simple like visiting a neighbourhood in Singapore that you’ve never been to. You might find your new favourite café or nail salon. Or maybe even a playground that your kids will love

 

2. Adopt going green as a lifestyle choice 

It’s not that hard, really. Make a conscious effort to reuse and recycle common household items whenever you can. Reduce your daily usage of new plastic bags (The five magic words are: “I don’t need a bag”). Find creative ways to repurpose something before you consider throwing it away. It’s the small steps that add up to the big picture. 

Oh yeah, and stop buying crap you don’t need. 

 

3. Drink more water

What can we say, it can help you lose weight, manage your junk food craving, keep your teeth looking good, help you feel better in general and get rid of body toxins when the haze comes around. 

It’s just something we should all do more of in the new year and come on, it’s not that difficult to remember to do.
